How much does hyaluronic acid cost in Marbella?
It depends on the area, the product and the amount. In this guide you will find our prices by area, what makes them vary and what is worth checking at any clinic before booking.
The short answer
At our clinic in Puerto Banús, hyaluronic acid treatments start at €240 (1 ml for the lips) and most areas start at €250 per vial. We publish all our prices, something many clinics do not do, so that you can compare calmly before coming in.

Prices include VAT and apply in October 2026. The final price depends on the amount the doctor suggests and is confirmed in writing after the consultation.

What makes the price vary
Two people treating the same area do not always pay the same. Four things matter most:
- The amount: measured in millilitres or vials. A small area may need little; a complete contour, more.
- The product: each brand and reference has its own price. For the lips, for example, a millilitre ranges from €240 with Revolax to €310 with Juvéderm®.
- The number of areas: sometimes the doctor suggests a little product in several areas rather than a lot in one.
- A step-by-step plan: starting with a little and adjusting at the follow-up spreads the treatment over time.
Per millilitre or per vial?
On our price list, lips and cheeks are priced per millilitre and other areas per vial. The volume of a vial depends on the product, so what matters is the total price: in consultation the doctor tells you the amount they suggest and the total cost, before starting.
Be wary of a price that is too low
Hyaluronic acid is a medical device and injecting it is a medical procedure. Before booking, at any clinic, it is worth checking:
- That it is an authorised healthcare centre: in Andalusia it has a registration number. Ours is NICA 66052.
- That you are treated by a registered doctor. You can check this on the Spanish Medical Association’s public register; we publish each doctor’s number on our doctors page.
- That the product is CE-marked: you can ask to see the packaging.
- That there is a prior consultation and a written quote.

How much does hyaluronic acid cost for the lips?

Why don’t you give a fixed price for the whole face?
Because every face needs a different amount. The doctor gives you the total price after assessing you, always in writing and before starting.
How do I know if a doctor is registered?
You can search for their name on the public register of the Spanish Medical Association. On our doctors page we publish each doctor’s registration number.
