Non-surgical nose job: what it can do and what it cannot

Correcting a small bump without going into theatre is one of the questions we are asked most. It is possible in some cases, not all. Here is what is worth knowing before you book: what can be corrected, the price and the limits.

The short answer

A non-surgical nose job means injecting hyaluronic acid into precise points of the nose to balance the profile, for example by softening a small bump or evening out an asymmetry. It is done without surgery, it is reversible and at our clinic in Puerto Banús it costs from €350. But it has one clear limit: it does not make the nose smaller and it does not replace a rhinoplasty.

What it can correct and what it cannot

Hyaluronic acid adds volume. Everything follows from that: a little product is added where it is needed so that the nose as a whole looks more balanced.

  • It can soften a small bump, so that the profile looks more balanced.
  • It can correct small asymmetries of the nose.
  • It cannot make the nose smaller or narrower.
  • It does not treat breathing problems: that is for a specialist to assess.

If what you want is a smaller nose, the right technique is a surgical rhinoplasty. We will tell you so frankly in consultation.

How much does it cost?

From €350, including VAT, the price applying in October 2026. The amount of product depends on your nose and on what needs correcting: the doctor confirms the quote in writing after the assessment, before starting.

To compare with other areas, see all prices in our guide to hyaluronic acid prices.

How long does it last?

It depends on the product, the area and each person, and the body reabsorbs hyaluronic acid over time. That is why we do not give a general figure: the doctor gives you an indicative duration for your case in consultation.

A delicate area

The nose is a delicate area. That is why the treatment is always performed by a doctor, after studying your nose and your history. Please tell us about your allergies, medication and previous treatments, especially any nose surgery. Before starting we apply an anaesthetic cream for your comfort.

Afterwards it is normal for the area to feel a little swollen or tender, or to have a small bruise at the injection points. It is not normal, and you should call us straight away, if you notice pain that increases instead of easing, a change in skin colour (paler or purplish), blisters or any change in your vision. These situations are uncommon, but it is important to act quickly.

When we say no

In consultation, the doctor may tell you that a non-surgical nose job is not right for you. Dr Ángel Vidal explains why in one of our videos: if what the person expects does not match the result that can be achieved, it is better not to treat, because they will not be satisfied. As a rule it is also not performed:

  • during pregnancy or breastfeeding;
  • if there is an active infection in the area.

If you have already had nose surgery, the assessment is different: tell the doctor, who will decide whether the treatment is suitable. You can watch Dr Vidal’s video on the non-surgical nose reshaping page.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a non-surgical nose job cost in Marbella?

From €350 at our clinic in Puerto Banús. The quote is confirmed in writing after the medical assessment.

Does a non-surgical nose job make the nose smaller?

No. Hyaluronic acid adds volume: it can disguise a small bump or an asymmetry, but it does not make the nose smaller or replace a rhinoplasty.

Does it hurt?

We apply an anaesthetic cream before the treatment for your comfort. The sensation varies from person to person.
